During my morning commute, I typically will spend some time meditating on things like God, the meaning of life, and true happiness. It's a long commute. This particular morning I was considering the separation between my ego (fake me) and my true self. The self that is eternally connected to God.
Suddenly, I was consumed with fear when I realized that the person other people saw as me does not exist. The person that I try to be to support my ego also does not exist. James is not real. Now , for a brief moment, I have no idea how to act....

Real Talk Question - Wednesday 3/25
The "Real talk Question" is posted daily on facebook by my wife Tabby. I will post my answer here as well in case I desire to speak more freely. Wednesdays question:
What do you think of prenuptial agreements? Are prenups a necessary contract to protect individual wealth, or a selfish legal move that focuses on the money, instead of love? ...
I would think most people trust the other person when they are about to get married. Trust can be gained and lost. Like "I used to trust you but then you cheated on me, or ran up the credit cards, or started smokin' crack...." By then it's too late and this crack head is getting half your loot.I don't think it should be looked at as matter of trust, just an addendum to the existing marriage contract. In fact, the marriage license is a prenup. When we sign the marriage license it is a contract and defines a certain division of assets. The prenup just defines circumstances where those assets will be divided differently. Of course I wouldn't sign anything that seemed unfair, but otherwise I wouldn't care. Nobody will want to see this document or your marriage license until either there is a divorce or one of you dies.

Perspective
"Cage Without Limits"- Is it a statement of great profundity or just a not so clever play on my last name? Who cares? I thought it sounds cool. At some point, I'm sure I will make some profound statements, and more than likely, this will happen completely by accident.
One of my mottos in life, and in writing, is "make it plain"....along with "make it fun"," make it interesting", "make it happy", and "make it a glass of cognac, neat". Making it happy can be tough. Why? Happiness is a temporary response to your current life situation. You cannot possibly be happy all of the time....unless, you have some sort of mental health issue (you're retarded).
So Happiness becomes a matter of perspective. To me, all of life is a matter of perspective. So as I engage life, I always try to put things in their proper perspective. Sometimes I'm right (usually), sometimes I'm wrong (If you say so), but at all times I am looking to gain/give perspective.
That is what "Cage Without Limits" is about. Perspective. How do we view the world? How do we view ourselves?....well I guess I should say How do I view the world since this is my blog and I am the Cage....without limits.
